In addition, it contains antiseptics (Chlorohexidine Digluconate) to reduce the risk of infection. Instillagel Sterile Lubricating Jelly also contains a local anaesthetic (Lidocaine) to reduce pain when carrying out these procedures.

Instillagel is harmless to human tissue and will not injure rubber, metal appliances, instruments and natural or synthetic textiles.
